Pope Leo XIV has proclaimed a Franciscan Jubilee Year, running from January 10, 2026, to January 10, 2027, to mark the 800th anniversary of the death of St. Francis of Assisi. The year-long observance invites the faithful worldwide to seek spiritual renewal, practice acts of charity, and pursue peace.

Beloved Disciple will offer a variety of opportunities to come closer to knowing St. Francis. We will try and meet each month until October 3, when we celebrate the Transitus of St. Francis.
